Education Partner

Extramarks smart boards, Kidvento learning models and the Excellia Sports Academy -- three partners that extend what Excellia School can offer students.

Quick answer

Excellia School partners with Extramarks (interactive smart boards), Kidvento Education & Research (science and maths learning models), and runs its own Excellia Sports Academy, offering training in sports including chess, taekwondo, table tennis, cricket and football.

Extramarks

An interactive smart board -- an electronic whiteboard that displays a computer screen onto a classroom board through a digital projector -- lets a teacher or student interact directly with lesson content using a tool or even a finger. Connected to the internet, teachers can pull in resources from anywhere and quickly find a lesson they've used before.

Excellia School has installed Extramarks smart boards across classrooms, believing this kind of amenity benefits both students and teachers by making multimedia content part of everyday lectures.

Kidvento Education & Research Pvt Ltd

Scientific practice depends on building, testing and applying models, so Excellia School infuses Kidvento's learning models into its teaching to let students run sensitive studies of how changes in key variables alter a system's behaviour. Working with models this way enhances systems thinking and helps students learn quantitative skills -- graphing, graphical analysis, statistics and computation -- turning abstract knowledge into something concrete.

Excellia Sports Academy

Sport plays a major role in shaping a child's future -- physical fitness, confidence and, later, even career opportunities. The Excellia Sports Academy understands that, and recruits trained sports professionals to coach students in their chosen sport, including chess, taekwondo, table tennis, cricket and football, preparing them to compete at various levels of championship.

Several Excellia students have brought home accolades at various levels. The school also opened an athletics ground named after Milkha Singh -- "The Flying Sikh" and a Padma Shri awardee -- who inaugurated the ground himself. The academy's aim is simple: build the skills that help today's students become tomorrow's better sportspeople.
