Our Values

Excellia School's values show up less in a mission statement and more in how each school day actually runs -- from the morning assembly to how a classroom is taught. Four values guide that daily practice.

Discipline

Every school day begins with a morning assembly, and classroom conduct is treated as seriously as classroom performance. Excellia believes that discipline learned early -- punctuality, respect, taking responsibility for one's own work -- carries further in life than any single subject.

Holistic growth

Academics matter, but they aren't the whole of a child's education at Excellia. Personality development, etiquette and soft-skills classes run alongside the CBSE curriculum for every class, and co-curricular clubs, sport and the arts are treated as genuine parts of school life rather than extras.

Safety and care

A secure, single campus on Bijnaur Road, supervised transport across Lucknow, and a low student-teacher ratio exist so that safety is a foundation rather than an afterthought -- parents should be able to trust the environment their child spends the day in.

Community

Excellia's leadership -- from its founding chairman to its current director -- has consistently framed education as a wider social responsibility, not only a service to fee-paying families. That shows up in the school's outreach work and in how seriously it takes feedback from parents and teachers alike.
