Excellia School's staff are supported by ongoing training, Smart Class technology, and dedicated committees covering everything from academics to child safety.
Quick answer
Excellia School's staff are trained through phased, ongoing professional development, supported by Smart Class technology and a multiple-intelligences teaching approach, with dedicated staff committees covering academics, activities, examinations and child safety.
Behind every classroom at Excellia School is a teacher who has gone through phased, ongoing training -- not a single induction session -- to keep their methods current with CBSE guidelines and classroom technology. Our approach to teaching is described in full on the Faculty page, and specific staff committees oversee everything from academic coordination to child safety, listed on our School Committees page.
